By using 10s.life, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. 10s.life is a live audio platform where users take turns speaking for exactly 10 seconds.

The core principle of 10s.life is speed and authenticity:

• You get exactly 10 seconds to speak when it's your turn
• No edits, no re-records, no filters - what you say is what gets broadcast
• Your clip is automatically saved and may appear in the clips gallery and leaderboard
• The timer is strict - when it ends, your turn ends immediately

Be respectful. Be authentic. Be fast.

You agree NOT to:

• Use hate speech, discriminatory language, or harassment
• Share personal information of others without consent
• Promote violence, illegal activities, or self-harm
• Spam, advertise, or use the platform for commercial purposes
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Intentionally disrupt the service or harm other users' experience
• Share sexually explicit, graphic, or inappropriate content

Violations may result in immediate removal from the queue, content deletion, or permanent ban.

The community can vote to remove speakers who violate guidelines:

• If 3 or more listeners vote to kick you, your turn ends immediately
• Kicked speakers receive a temporary cooldown before rejoining the queue
• Repeated kicks may result in longer cooldowns or permanent bans
• Abuse of the kick voting system is also a violation

• You retain ownership of your audio content
• By using 10s.life, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute your clips
• Your clips may be featured in the clips gallery, leaderboard, and promotional materials
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you share

Google Accounts: Permanent accounts with full features, profile settings, and persistent stats.

Guest Accounts: Temporary accounts that exist only for your current session. All data is deleted when you logout.

10s.life is provided "as is" without warranties:

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Your account may be suspended or terminated for violations

• We are not responsible for user-generated content
• Use the platform at your own risk
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service
• Content moderation is done on a best-effort basis
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time

You must be at least 13 years old to use 10s.life. Users under 18 should have parental supervision.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Check this page regularly for updates.
